Acorn House is a Grade II listed building of character in the centre of Sutton Coldfield. Ideal for relocating or starter businesses, Acorn House has small furnished offices with all overheads included (except for your telephone costs), so you can budget exactly what your overheads will be in advance, without any hidden surprises. Ranging from £70 to £120 per week depending on size and location, they are suitable for between one to four people. The all inclusive price includes lighting, heating, electricity, 24 hour access, high security burglar alarm, as much tea and coffee as you can drink, and your telephones answered with your own company name when you are out of the building at no extra charge! In addition, there are faxing, typing and photocopying facilities available in reception, on a 'pay as you use' basis, so you only pay for what you need. You are free to choose any telephone provider you wish to bill you direct - there are no hidden charges or percentages deducted by the business centre.
Our terms are a £500 refundable deposit, plus one month's hire charge in advance. The offices are hired on a monthly licence, and one calendar month's written notice is all that is required to terminate the service.

Telephone Answering/Mailing Address, for just over £1 per working day!!
Your business can instantly acquire our prestigious High Street office address, from as little as £25 per month! Our professional team can quickly and efficiently answer your telephones for you, leaving you free to run your business on the road or from home, with the peace of mind that all enquiries and messages are being co-ordinated for you. You can collect your messages at any time during office hours, or we can arrange to ring you or forward them on to you. You can divert your normal telephone number to us, use our service continually, or just occasionally when you are on holiday. When you are ready for an office, you could then choose to upgrade by taking one of our serviced offices (subject to availability), without the inconvenience of having to inform your customers of your new address.
Our terms are a one-off refundable deposit (usually £80) plus one month's standing charge of £25 - so £109.38 will instantly start the service (£80 refundable deposit + £25 + VAT). One calendar month's written notice is required to terminate the service. For each letter received on your behalf we charge 25 pence, each parcel is £1, each telephone message is 50 pence. Because of our pricing structure, if you are starting a new business or it is a quiet time of year, you pay less. If there is a period when you receive no messages or mail at all, then you will only be charged the monthly service charge - that is just over £1 per working day to have your telephones manned during office hours, and a High Street address!
